Key responsibility:
- Drive the growth of new Lead Logistics business across Japan
- Collaborate with Sales on targets and commercial direction setting
- Support Sales to drive high quality pipeline inflow including Sales enablement activities (training and local content)
- Improve the win ratio through direct involvement with customers (with Sales) providing product expertise value and pricing
- Work with global stakeholders to scope complex solutions
- Share Japanese customer needs with the Regional Product Development team
Key requirement:
- Bachelors Degree Graduated
- At least 5 years experience with a strong understanding of the Logistics/Supply Chain Management industry
- Experience in identifying qualifying and successfully pursuing new business opportunities
- High spirit of customer centricity commercial drive for growth and ownership
- Good communication in both English and Japanese
- Good in problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
- The ability to manage a broad and senior set of stakeholders internally and externally
Performance Measures:
- Win Ratio
- Growth of new business closed won
- Shared: Area PnL (Revenue GP and EBIT)
