Goods Processing Manager
Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Goods Processing Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the full goods processing workflow
- Ensure daily operational planning and execution across all teams
- Drive throughput while maintaining strict process discipline and accuracy
- Ensure optimal utilisation of labour space and equipment
- Monitor flow across all processing stages and eliminate bottlenecks
- Ensure correct prioritisation of older stock
- Maintain structured and disciplined inventory flow
- Implement and manage daily stock audits
- Ensure 100% stock traceability at all times
- Maintain system vs physical stock integrity
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies immediately
- Ensure accurate receiving pre-capture and goods adding
- Enforce adherence to SOPs and system controls
- Maintain seamless process flow between all stages
- Reduce errors disputes and customer complaints
- Ensure proper storage labelling and location control
- Maintain high inventory accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of all sold goods
- Align dispatch output with auction and sales cycles
- Work closely with Infrastructure Manager to eliminate stock losses
- Strengthen stock control and security measures
- Ensure full accountability for all inventory movements
- Lead and conduct investigations into incidents stock losses and process failures
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
- Ensure lessons learned are embedded into operations
- Drive a culture of accountability discipline and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
