Job Summary
To formulate and implement strategies for the prevention and prosecution of wood theft/ poaching offences from company plantations Wood Stacks and Indigenous Woodlands in association with the Regional Manager.
Salary:
Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships in communities through local leadership and authorities
- Enlisting the assistance of the relevant authorities Forestry Commission and EMA in setting up roadblocks prosecuting offences
- Building relationships and educating Police Prosecutors office Chiefs Headmen with a view to enlist help and support in the ultimate prosecution of offenders
- Guiding prosecutions through the Police/Court process to maximize chances of prosecution and custodial punishment
- To publicise prosecutions
- To educate communities and authorities on the seriousness of poaching as an offence

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Security Management Criminal Justice or related field
