The role requires strong product knowledge the ability to understand customer kitchen operations and a proactive approach to supporting chefs restaurants hotels and catering businesses with the right product solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with food service customers including chefs restaurant managers procurement teams and food & beverage managers.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and developing new business within the food service sector.
- Provide professional and responsive customer support ensuring customer needs and inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Promote The Cheeseman product range and provide guidance on product applications within food service operations.
- Conduct product presentations and recommend solutions aligned to customer menus and operational needs.
- Ensure accurate order taking follow-up on deliveries and coordination with internal teams to maintain service standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferably within FMCG food service or hospitality supply.
- Experience in technical or solution-based sales will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with restaurants hotels catering companies or institutional kitchens is desirable.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Sales Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field.
