Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales of lubricant products across assigned territories and sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Conduct site visits product presentations and client demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs.
- Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate sales records forecasts and reports.
- Follow up on payments and ensure adherence to credit terms.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms where required.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Sales Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 5 years experience in lubricant sales or a related technical sales environment.
