Job Summary
Our client is looking for an experienced Product Specialist Plumbing to join them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Advice: Explain the features and benefits of different plumbing products (pipes valves solar geysers pumps and fittings).
- Sales Growth: Identify customer needs and upsell related items (e.g. if they buy a sink ensure they have the right traps and sealants).
- Technical Troubleshooting: Help customers solve installation problems or choose the correct materials for specific water pressure or drainage needs.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels check for high-demand items and ensure plumbing displays are neat and well-labeled.
- Quote Preparation: Create accurate price estimates for contractors and walk-in clients for their plumbing projects.
- Supplier Liaison: Keep up to date with new plumbing technology and products by talking to suppliers and attending training.
