Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling networking referrals and lead databases.
- Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their energy needs assess their property for solar suitability and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
- Present compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
- Educate clients about the financial incentives environmental benefits and long-term savings associated with solar energy.
- Address client concerns and objections with persuasive and factual responses.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends solar technologies and government policies related to renewable energy to effectively communicate with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts.
