Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Sales Rep (Solar) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling networking referrals and lead databases.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their energy needs assess their property for solar suitability and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
  • Present compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
  • Educate clients about the financial incentives environmental benefits and long-term savings associated with solar energy.
  • Address client concerns and objections with persuasive and factual responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends solar technologies and government policies related to renewable energy to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

  • Experience with solar is an added advantage
