Job Summary
Our client is looking for qualified Senior Technicians to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and commission electronic security systems (CCTV intruder alarms access control) at client premises.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and system health checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues providing effective and lasting repair solutions.
- Provide clear concise technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities installations and repairs conducted.
- Manage and maintain inventory of parts tools and equipment in a company service vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures as well as industry standards.
Key Skills:
- Proven technical aptitude in electronics or electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for installation and repair.
- Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Electronics Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Previous experience (6 years) in a field service or technical support role specifically with security systems.
- Familiarity with various security system brands and technologies (e.g. Hikvision Dahua IDS Centurion)
- Basic IT networking knowledge for IP-based security systems
