Job Summary

A manufacturing company is in the market for a Sales Coordinator to be based in Chegutu who will coordinate between the sales team and the factory making the products.

Responsibilities:

Order Management & Logistics: Tracking orders daily and pushing for dispatches ensures that the revenue the sales team booked actually turns into delivered products.
Data Analysis & Reporting: By filtering factory reports and sharing the status in Excel translating messy raw data into actionable information for the sales team.
Financial Administration: Creating Proforma Invoices is a critical step ensuring the legal and financial paperwork is ready before production or shipping starts.
Internal Liaison: the primary point of contact. You protect the sales team from getting bogged down in factory details and you protect the factory from being overwhelmed by scattered inquiries from multiple sales reps.
