Job Summary
A leading provider of micro-finance solutions is looking for a well experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Markets the Companys products.
- Sources for new business.
- Conducts market intelligence.
- Recommends business development strategies.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with the key clients and other stakeholders.
- Identifies and targets potential clients and markets with the aim of expanding the
- Companys customer base and achieving revenue growth.
- Prepares marketing reports.
- Recruits sales representatives sets objectives trains and coaches them and monitors their performance
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Drivers licence a must.
- Computer literate.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) O level passes including English Language.
- Must have a degree or a diploma in sales or marketing.
- At least three (3) years experience in sales or marketing.
