Job Summary
Are you currently an accomplished Senior Manager Director or VP of Sales and Marketing looking to take on a new challenge as VP of Sales and Marketing for an exciting Developer and have experience in mid-rise and high-rise residential projects Then read on....
In this role you would be executing the strategic vision for both the Sales and Marketing division and cascading instructions on project implementation to the external agencies be it sales or marketing agencies. The creative would be yours and the Presidents collaborative vision and this role will allow you to take the lead on new marketing approach and its delivery utilising and managing the existing team talents.
If you can demonstratea proven ability to manage external Sales brokerage sales agents directing their activity and sales messages for each new project along with the creative passionto lead marketing campaigns for new project launches. Then this is the role for you
Whats in it for you

This is an autonomous role were you will be collaborating with all areas of the business as well as be given projects that you can manage direct and be proud of.
