VP, Delivery Digital and Enterprise Solutions

• Lead the endtoend delivery of digital enterprise and AI initiatives aligned with corporate strategy
• Define delivery roadmaps governance KPIs and reporting to ensure highquality ontime onbudget execution
• Build lead and develop a highperforming delivery organization including Program Directors and project teams
• Oversee largescale digital health platforms enterprise systems and AI/data platforms
• Partner with executive and business leaders to deliver measurable clinical operational and financial value
• Manage vendor relationships risk compliance security and delivery quality
• Champion modern delivery practices DevOps and the adoption of emerging technologies

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 15 years of progressive technology delivery experience including senior leadership of large complex programs.
• Proven success delivering regulated dataintensive platforms; healthcare experience an asset.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms modern architectures enterprise integration and data/AI ecosystems.
• Strong people leader with experience building scaling and retaining highperforming teams.
• Expertise in Agile and modern delivery methodologies (e.g. SAFe DevOps CI/CD).
