Job Summary

Product Strategy&Ideation: Identify market trends competitive landscape and client needs to develop a robust pipeline of new equity/ equity derivatives product ideas including index funds ETFs and actively managed strategies. Conduct feasibility studies and business case analyses for new product concepts. Analyze regulatory changes and their impact on product development. Product Development&Launch: Lead the end-to-end product development process from initial concept to final launch. Coordinate with legal compliance investment management sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and timely product launch. Product Management&Maintenance: Oversee the performance and positioning of existing equity/ equity derivatives products. Develop and implement strategies for product enhancements and rationalization. Act as a subject matter expert for the sales team and clients. Leadership&Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior team members. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align product strategy with overall business goals. Represent the firm at industry conferences and events. Demonstrated experience in launching and managing successful financial products. Extensive knowledge of equity markets investment strategies and various product structures (e.g. mutual funds ETFs structured products).
