Job Summary
Position Name: WEN Ecosystem Program Manager
Location: Noida NCR Bangalore Mumbai
Reports To: GM Ecosystem
Role Overview:
The Hub Lead is responsible for driving the Startup and SMB ecosystem development within their respective city. They will lead all ecosystem-related initiatives manage key stakeholders and ensure alignment with the national strategy. They will work closely with government bodies incubators accelerators corporates and investors to enhance the vibrancy of the startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecosystem Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute a regional ecosystem development strategy ensuring alignment with national objectives.
Build a thriving startup and SMB ecosystem by fostering collaboration among key stakeholders.
Lead ecosystem mapping efforts identifying gaps and opportunities in the hubs startup landscape.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
Develop and maintain relationships with incubators accelerators investors SMB government agencies and corporates.
Foster cross-hub collaboration ensuring best practices and shared knowledge are leveraged across regions.
Act as a liaison between state government startup missions and central policy initiatives.
Program Oversight & Execution
Oversee the Startup and SMB Portfolio Sourcing & Management teams to ensure high-quality program delivery.
Guide startups and SMBs through funding readiness programs investor connects and market access initiatives.
Support the creation of tailored programs in high-impact sectors (deep tech biotech cleantech etc.).
Impact Measurement & Reporting
Track ecosystem performance through key metrics including revenues customers pilots startup funding job creation and collaboration.
Publish periodic reports on ecosystem health and program effectiveness.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and interventions.
Qualifications & Experience:
812 years in ecosystem development startup incubation venture building or government-led entrepreneurship programs.
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement strategic partnerships and program execution.
Understanding of startup funding innovation ecosystems and government support structures.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with the startup landscape in Indias key hubs (Lucknow Noida and Bangalore) is a plus.

Job Description: Data Analyst/Data Engineer (2 Years Experience) Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst / Data Engineer with 2 years of experience in data transformation analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SQL data modeling ETL processes and business intelligence tools. You will work on designing building and optimizing datasets and analytical solutions for e-learning and business intelligence reporting. Key Responsibilities Design and develop data pipelines for ingestion transformation and reporting using SQL and Python. Create and maintain analytical tables views and materialized views for dashboarding and advanced analytics. Perform in-depth data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Optimize database performance (indexing partitioning query tuning). Work closely with the data engineering team to improve ETL workflows and data quality monitoring. Required Skills & Qualifications 24 years of professional experience in data analytics or data engineering. Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL MySQL). Experience with ETL tools (Airflow Dataform or custom Python pipelines). Working knowledge of Python (Pandas NumPy) for data transformation. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Understanding of data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schema). Familiarity with cloud databases (Azure GCP) preferred. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently. Good-to-Have Experience with BigQuery Azure Data Studio or dbt. Exposure to API-based data extraction and automation workflows. Knowledge of data governance and version control (Git). Interest in LMS analytics e-learning data or edtech domain.
