Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist & Administration Manager to lead our clients HR and administrative operations within their fast-paced service environment.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on people focused and skilled in managing both staff and daily office operations to ensure smooth service delivery across the business.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment onboarding and staff placement.
  • Handle employee relations performance management and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure HR compliancemaintain staff records and support payroll inputs.
  • Oversee office administration facilities supplies and vendor management.
  • Coordinate staff schedules travel and logistics.
  • Support management in driving a positive workplace culture and service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
  • HR certification (IPMZ CIPD SHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Conversant with Belina HR System.
  • 4 5 years HR experience preferably in the service industry.
