Job Summary

Job Summary:

Area Sales Manager (GT) will be responsible for driving sales growth managing distributor network expanding market coverage and achieving primary & secondary sales targets in the assigned territory under the General Trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve monthly quarterly & annual sales targets.

  2. Appoint & manage distributors in the assigned area.

  3. Ensure effective coverage of retailers wholesalers & sub-stockists.

  4. Monitor secondary sales and ensure stock availability in the market.

  5. Plan and execute trade schemes promotions & visibility drives.

  6. Lead and supervise Sales Officers / Sales Representatives.

  7. Maintain strong relationships with distributors & key retailers.

  8. Monitor competitor activities & submit market intelligence reports.

  9. Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding.

  10. Conduct regular market visits and review performance.

  • Primary & Secondary Sales Growth
