| Job Purpose | Will be responsible to set out the standards for Prudence policy Monitoring and working along with team to measure Vulnerability Guiding and support on data analysis counselling employees to make timely payments of their financial obligations to various entities setting metrics to measure vulnerability of employees to mitigate the risk by analyzing financial health of the employee on their credit profile. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Ensure proper recording of rationale provided by business & HRP through engagement. Provide workout and extended workout periods in consultation with HR. Highlight cases falling this program to Ethics & Compliance Committee. Report open and closed observations to Employee Advisory Board on quarterly basis. Person should be proficient in HR to handle senior employees their concerns and ensure proper closure of RVU alerts. Or Person should be from vigilance or RCU control Unit to handle strategic part. Or person should be from analytics to support data retrieval and accuracy. |
