Job Summary
Intake Approval
Review and approve third party engagement intake submissions to ensure completeness accuracy and
alignment with Third Party Risk Management requirements.
Validate key intake information prior approval and triggering downstream risk assessment and due diligence
activities.
IRQ Quality Assurance (QA)
Perform quality assurance reviews of Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) responses to ensure consistency
clarity and adherence to defined guidance.
Identify gaps inconsistencies or data quality issues and coordinate remediation with relevant stakeholders.
Operational Process Support
Maintain and update internal trackers to accurately reflect the status of intakes IRQ QA activities and
outstanding actions.
Ensure trackers support effective monitoring reporting and issue escalation where required.
Support smooth execution of TPRM operational workflows by ensuring timely progression of tasks and
accurate record keeping.
Contribute to continuous improvement of intake QA and tracking processes through identification of
recurring issues or inefficiencies.
