Job Summary

Location: Bangalore

Tasks

  • 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
    aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
    2. Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g. job boards social media platforms
    networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct
    initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
    3. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding ensuring a
    positive and professional experience for all applicants.
    4. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs establish job
    requirements and develop job descriptions.
    5. Schedule and coordinate interviews follow up with candidates and hiring managers
    and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
    6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
    (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles preferably within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the biotech and hospital sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations and collaborate with departmental heads.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite with an ability to handle HR data and generate reports.
