Under the leadership of Ho HR Develop the HR Develop KAM drives the Develop Review and ensures it translates into HR operational actions in terms of workforce evolution staffing learning knowledge management and employment marketing for an org unit at short mid and long terms and in a transnational dimension.
Job Description :
Deliver the Business/function Resources Review to HR to build the Company strategy in terms of HeadcountEmployment Competencies Development solutions.
Ensures Employment Learning & Knowledge Management plan for the Business/Function is delivered in a timely efficient & compliant manner.
Lead or Contribute to specific projects requiring development or acquisition of new competenciesnew learning solutions employment marketing campaigns (internal & external) and business transformation initiatives.
Organise regular exchanges with HRBPs Develop CoEs & Operational Clusters Academies and Finance to ensure the implementation of the Resource Review action plan and adapt when needed in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
Act as a transversal project leader for HR Develop topics
Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the department assisting the Head in driving process and policies management.
