Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities :
SAP S/4 HANA HR ABAP With 5 to 8 years of SAP S/4 HANA Development experience.
Extensive knowledge and experience on ODATA Services CDS S4HANA (AMDP CDS Modelling & Scripting)
Expertise in RAP Good working experience on RICEF objects ( Reports Interface Conversions Enhancements and Forms ).
Extensive experience in HCM (HR Module )processes and related ABAP development.
Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).
Solid experience in developing Module Pool based user interfaces.Excellent Troubleshooting and Debugging skills within SAP environments.
Proactive consulting and development of user stories in the context of SAP HR. We are looking for a full-stack developer with sound knowledge of SAP ABAP and UI5 as well as a strong functional and process-oriented understanding of HR.
Proven experience utilizing ABAP 7.4 syntax and features.
Hands-on development experience with Function Modules and Remote Function Calls (RFCs).
Experience in designing and implementing various SAP interface technologies.
Experience with LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) for data migration activities.
Experience with RICEF (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms) objects.
Solid understanding and experience with ALE (Application Link Enabling) and IDoc (Intermediate Document) framework.
Experience working with cross-application development scenarios in SAP.
Develop and implement technical specifications
Understand functional specifications
Develop and implement Program Objects
Perform unit testing
Support other forms of testing
Support functional consultants in designing solutions for the gaps identified
Good to have knowledge on S/4 HANA and latest SAP technology
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Resource should have an Professional graduation in Engineering or equivalent qualification
Additional Associated degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
