What You Will Do

Conduct structured conversations with professionals exploring leadership and personal development pathways

Share digital learning resources and programme information with individuals seeking professional growth

Guide individuals through a clear evaluation process to determine programme suitability

Build trusted professional relationships through thoughtful dialogue and insight

Work within established engagement systems and communication frameworks

Participate in ongoing professional learning sessions and team collaboration

Ideal Candidate Profile

7 or more years of professional experience in HR recruitment leadership development education talent management or people focused roles

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted professional relationships

Comfortable guiding thoughtful conversations around career direction and personal growth

Self motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment

Interest in leadership development and continuous professional growth

Experience working with mid to senior level professionals is advantageous
