Senior Technical Data Modeler

As a Senior Technical Data Modeler you will: Design develop and maintain conceptual logical and physical data models Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical data structures Design and validate dimensional data models including fact/dimension star and snowflake schemas Ensure data quality consistency lineage and governance across Finance and Risk domains Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement models on Azure SQL Databricks and Data Factory Review and optimize existing data models and define modeling standards and best practices Support data ingestion and transformation teams during delivery Participate in architecture discussions refinement sessions and technical assessments Work closely with Product Owners Data Office and Architecture teams What You Bring to the Table: 810 years of experience as a Technical Data Modeler Strong expertise in SQL including complex queries performance tuning and relational design Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory Strong understanding of data modeling techniques such as normalization denormalization star and snowflake schemas fact and dimension modeling and SCD Experience with metadata management and data lineage concepts Strong knowledge of financial data domains such as payments credit risk and reporting Ability to work independently and propose effective technical solutions Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders You Should Possess the Ability to: Build scalable and high-quality data models Translate complex business requirements into efficient data structures Ensure compliance with data governance and architecture standards Analyze and improve existing data models Work effectively in Agile and cross-functional teams What We Bring to the Table: Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale data platforms Exposure to modern Azure-based data technologies A collaborative and innovation-driven environment Opportunities for continuous learning and growth Lets Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail Feel free to reach out.
