Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer support tickets
- Identify and categorize issues using internal tools
- Provide solutions following procedures and guidelines
- Escalate unresolved cases when necessary
- Review user-reported content when required (Trust & Safety cases)
Requirements
- Good written English communication skills
- Ability to follow structured workflows and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Must be willing to relocate to Athens if required
- Clean criminal background check
- Active Facebook account for system setup (can be created if needed)
