Job Summary

Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Specialists to handle ticket-based support for app users. The role involves assisting with account access media sharing and resolving issues submitted through in-app contact forms. Agents will review tickets categorize issues and provide solutions using internal tools and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer support tickets
  • Identify and categorize issues using internal tools
  • Provide solutions following procedures and guidelines
  • Escalate unresolved cases when necessary
  • Review user-reported content when required (Trust & Safety cases)

Requirements

  • Good written English communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • Must be willing to relocate to Athens if required
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Active Facebook account for system setup (can be created if needed)
