ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative for Microsoft Cloud you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through structured outbound campaigns. You will engage decision-makers understand their business challenges and connect them with the right Microsoft Cloud solutions contributing to growth across the EMEA region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and qualify high-potential B2B prospects through daily outbound calls and emails including cold outreach to decision-makers
- Understand prospects business needs and align them with relevant Microsoft Cloud solutions
- Generate qualified opportunities and hand them over to the sales team with clear documented insights
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts maintaining accurate records in the CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and quarterly activity targets and SQO quotas
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Cloud offerings competitor landscape and market developments
REQUIREMENTS
- C2 level of Danish and C1 level of English written and spoken
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience tech industry strongly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect cold call and qualify leads effectively
- Comfortable working in a phone-based target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to engage C-level decision-makers confidently
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card)
