NORWEGIAN-SPEAKING ACCOUNT MANAGER TECHNOLOGY

Malaga Spain Hybrid Full-time (39h/week) MonFri 09:0018:00 Start: ASAP

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Manager for a high-tech client you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Norwegian-speaking market focusing on retention growth and long-term relationship development. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients helping them get maximum value from their technology investments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts serving as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients

- Develop and execute account plans aligned to each clients business objectives

- Drive revenue growth through upsell cross-sell and contract renewal

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients presenting performance data and strategic recommendations

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

- Maintain accurate account data opportunities and forecasts in the CRM system

- Meet and consistently exceed retention and revenue targets

REQUIREMENTS

- C2 level of Norwegian and C1 level of English written and spoken

- Proven experience in account management or a senior client-facing sales role technology sector preferred

- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships

- Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and upsell targets

- High proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven account management

- Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card)
