Job Summary

Job Description:

Prepare project planning schedules (baseline detailed and master schedules) .
Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and project timelines
Monitor project progress and update schedules on a regular basis
Identify critical paths delays and risks; recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with site engineers contractors and project managers
Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports
Strong knowledge of construction planning and project controls
Review drawings and BOQs for planning and sequencing of work
Assist in EOT (Extension of Time) claims and delay analysis
Ensure compliance with project milestones and contractual obligations

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering
Must have the experience in residential commercial and industrial projects.

Experience:Minimum 5 years specially in residential and commercial building
