About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Identity Engineer to design implement and manage enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IAM implementation automation and identity security frameworks with a focus on scalability and security-first design.

Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineering

• Design implement and manage IAM solutions using platforms like Okta Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID
• Build and optimize identity lifecycle management for both human and non-human identities
• Develop secure authentication authorization and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning models

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• Implement security best practices to safeguard privileged accounts
• Enforce least privilege access approval workflows and session monitoring
• Manage time-bound and controlled administrative access

Automation & Engineering

• Build automation-first IAM solutions
• Develop scripts (Python mandatory) for provisioning deprovisioning and access control
• Enhance system reliability scalability and operational efficiency

Project Execution

• Lead and deliver complex IAM projects end-to-end
• Translate business and security requirements into technical solutions
• Manage risks timelines and project outcomes effectively

Governance & Compliance

• Create and maintain IAM policies standards and documentation
• Support audit and compliance requirements
• Ensure alignment with Zero Trust and security frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in IAM / Identity Security
• Strong hands-on experience in Okta Active Directory Azure AD / Entra ID
• Expertise in PAM RBAC JIT access and identity lifecycle management
• Strong scripting skills (Python mandatory PowerShell is a plus)
• Experience with automation tools APIs and workflow platforms
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust least privilege and security architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience: 5–8 Years
• CTC Budget: 35–38 LPA
