Sales Executive - Hyderabad

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our client base. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for fostering relationships and possess a strong sales acumen in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential markets.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to clients showcasing their benefits and features effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Knowledge of the local market in Hyderabad is a plus.
