Role Overview
A Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers promoting products or services and driving sales. They ensure a positive customer experience while helping the business achieve its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and provide solutions
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
- Process sales transactions (billing payments returns)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue

Qualifications
