We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager specializing in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Land and/or Parks. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. This position requires travel across India based on project needs.

Legal Compliance
Basic & Detailed Designing (Architectural Structural MEPF HVAC Piping & E&I)
Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
Assistance in Appointment of Execution Partners
The role involves acting as an owner’s representative and coordinating facilitating supporting and controlling key initiatives required to set up new industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify leads and opportunities in the market for project and construction management.
Maintain strong relationships with top management of existing clients and associate companies.
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Assist in client presentations and proposal development.
Attend networking events to introduce service lines to prospective clients.
Develop marketing strategies for new business generation.
Lead generation and funnel development.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and key performance metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends and sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Preferably Engineering background with Business Development/Sales experience in Industry/Warehousing sector.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
English medium background required.
Strong presentation skills with good business etiquette.
Proficient in Excel PowerPoint MIS and Data Analytics.
Excellent command over English (both spoken and written).
