Outbound calling

Understand issues (low score loan rejection overdue/settled accounts)

Follow-ups & conversions

Maintain data & CRM reports

Requirements:

candidates preferred

6 months2 yrs telecalling/sales experience

Good Marathi/Hindi communication

Basic CIBIL/finance knowledge preferred

CRM software knowledge is a plus
