We are seeking a professional French-speaking Telecommunications Specialist to join our international support this role you will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers navigating the complexities of modern mobile broadband and fiber-optic services. Key Responsibilities

  • Service Troubleshooting: Assist French-speaking customers with connectivity issues network configurations and hardware setup for routers and mobile devices.
  • Account & Billing Support: Manage inquiries regarding service plans contract renewals and billing discrepancies with professional precision.
  • Product Consultations: Provide expert advice on mobile data packages international roaming and high-speed internet solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Technical Logistics: Coordinate with field technicians and logistics teams for service installations or equipment replacements.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high satisfaction levels by delivering efficient solution-oriented support via phone chat and email.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C2-level French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
  • Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in telecommunications technology and digital connectivity.
  • Professionalism: An organized patient and customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
