Your Main Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Manage customer interactions through phone email and back-office platforms
Support customers with inquiries such as shipment tracking delivery updates billing issues and claims handling
Assist users with internal tools and account setup processes
Handle customer concerns efficiently ensuring a positive and solution-oriented experience
Escalate complex or unresolved cases according to internal guidelines
Take part in continuous training sessions to improve performance and knowledge
What Were Looking For
Brazilian Portuguese Fluency
B2 level English (minimum requirement)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with good accuracy
Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
