Your Main Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Manage customer interactions through phone email and back-office platforms
- Support customers with inquiries such as shipment tracking delivery updates billing issues and claims handling
- Assist users with internal tools and account setup processes
- Handle customer concerns efficiently ensuring a positive and solution-oriented experience
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases according to internal guidelines
- Take part in continuous training sessions to improve performance and knowledge
What Were Looking For
- Brazilian Portuguese Fluency
- B2 level English (minimum requirement)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with good accuracy
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
