Responsibilities

• Account Management: Assist Italian-speaking clients with account opening identity verification (KYC) and the management of digital assets and savings.
• Transaction Security: Monitor and resolve inquiries regarding international transfers payment processing and card security.
• Technical Assistance: Support users with mobile banking app navigation two-factor authentication (2FA) and digital wallet integrations.
• Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Identify and report suspicious activity while guiding customers through security protocols with professional precision.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve billing discrepancies and service-related concerns with a calm empathetic and solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level Italian and professional proficiency in English.
• Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Please note: Residence permits from other EU countries are not sufficient for employment in Greece).
• A professional detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive financial data.
• Previous experience in banking insurance or a related financial sector is highly preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial terms clearly.
