What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Agent you will:
Handle customer interactions via phone email and back-office channels
Assist with inquiries such as shipment tracking delivery requests billing and claims
Provide support for internal systems and assist with account setup and onboarding
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining empathy and professionalism
Escalate complex cases when necessary following internal procedures
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
What Were Looking For
Fluent or C1 level Italian (CEFR or equivalent)
B2 level English (minimum)
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in customer support is a plus (not mandatory)
