We are looking for a dedicated Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support the digital operations of a global retail leader. Responsibilities
- Customer Consultations: Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding product availability sizing and detailed specifications across various retail categories.
- Order Management: Manage the end-to-end customer journey including order processing tracking shipments and handling returns or exchanges.
- Technical Assistance: Support users with digital platform navigation account management and payment processing issues.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve service-related concerns with a professional and helpful approach ensuring a positive brand experience for the Danish market.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Danish and professional proficiency in English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Please note that residence permits from other EU countries do not grant the right to work in Greece).
- A professional organized and customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a distinct advantage.
