About the Role
We are hiring a Danish-speaking Content Moderator & Customer Support Agent to join an international team supporting a leading global social media platform.
This role combines content moderation and user support where you will help ensure a safe online environment while assisting users with account-related queries. Its a fast-paced and impactful position with continuous learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (ads posts comments videos)
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
- Identify violations (e.g. abuse harassment intellectual property issues)
- Provide support via chat email and outbound calls
- Assist users with account issues (e.g. blocked accounts payments)
- Investigate and resolve user reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and policies
Requirements
- Danish: Fluent or C1 level
- English: B2 minimum (C1 preferred)
- 12 years of experience in customer support content moderation or BPO
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- High cultural awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive content
- Typing speed: 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
