About the Role
We are hiring a Danish-speaking Content Moderator & Customer Support Agent to join an international team supporting a leading global social media platform.
This role combines content moderation and user support where you will help ensure a safe online environment while assisting users with account-related queries. Its a fast-paced and impactful position with continuous learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content (ads posts comments videos)
Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
Assist users with account issues (e.g. blocked accounts payments)
Investigate and resolve user reports
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and policies
Requirements
Danish: Fluent or C1 level
English: B2 minimum (C1 preferred)
12 years of experience in customer support content moderation or BPO
Strong decision-making and analytical skills
Excellent written communication skills
High cultural awareness and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive content
Typing speed: 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
