As a Relationship Manager (RM) Client Acquisition you will play a pivotal role in transforming qualified digital leads into long-term high-value wealth management clients. This role combines consultative sales relationship-building and advisory support to deliver personalized financial solutions through mutual fund recommendations. Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound digital leads (from website campaigns partnerships referrals) into active clients through consultative and client-centric selling.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to assess client financial goals risk appetite investment timelines and readiness to invest.
- Present mutual fund recommendations clearly and confidently tailoring solutions to individual client needs and addressing objections effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end client conversion journey including follow-ups documentation and seamless onboarding into the wealth management platform.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems tracking lead status interactions and conversion milestones.
- Collaborate closely with Wealth Managers to ensure alignment on client strategy and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to expand wallet share by recommending additional products and services based on client needs.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including contact rate conversion rate and client acquisition cost.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field.
- 48 years of experience in sales client acquisition or financial services (preferred: mutual funds wealth management or digital finance platforms).
- Strong understanding of mutual funds investment products and personal financial planning concepts.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining high levels of client engagement and follow-up.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Finance Commerce Business or related field. AMFI/NISM certification (mandatory). 46 years of experience in mutual fund sales or financial services. Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills. Good knowledge of capital markets and mutual fund products Should have a local client base.
