Job Summary

This role is not just about glamorous events; it is a high-ownership position where you manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget with the precision of a financier. You will lead the charge across the entire consumer journeyfrom "high-intent" search (SEO/SEM) to "high-loyalty" CRM and "high-influence" social storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-End Strategy: Develop and lead the integrated marketing roadmap for the prestige portfolio ensuring global brand standards are met with local cultural relevance.

Financial Stewardship: Own A&P planning budget allocation and ROI optimization. You must be able to prove how every rupee spent translates into brand equity or sales.

Omnichannel Orchestration: Seamlessly align online (E-com SEO/SEM) with offline (Departmental stores Free-Standing Stores) to create a unified prestige experience.

Digital & Social Ecosystems: Manage complex influencer networks and sophisticated media plans that move consumers from "awareness" to "luxe-retail" conversion.

Stakeholder Leadership: Navigate a matrixed organization managing multiple creative/media agencies and cross-functional teams (Sales Supply Chain Education).

Requirements

The "Luxe" Expert: 69 years of experience in marketing specifically within Premium/Prestige categories (Beauty Fashion Watches or Luxury Spirits).

The Data-Led Creative: You appreciate a beautiful campaign but you obsess over TACOS ROAS and CRM retention rates.

Strategic Decisiveness: A leader who can make high-stakes decisions under pressure and take full ownership of the brands performance.

Technical Fluency: Deep hands-on knowledge of the digital funnelfrom Google Search (SEM) to personalized email journeys.
