Position : Business Manager – Retail & E-commerce Operations
Salary : 6 lacs to 7.2 Lacs

Role Summary
The Business Manager – Retail & E-commerce Operations is responsible for the overall performance profitability and customer experience across all retail outlets and e commerce channels
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Profitability : Own retail and e-commerce P&L; drive sales growth
• Store & E-commerce Operations : Implement and audit SOPs across stores and e commerce covering operations
• Team Leadership : Lead train and manage Store Managers and E-commerce Executives
• Customer Experience : Ensure consistent service standards visual merchandising grooming and brand-aligned customer experience across physical and digital channels.
• Inventory Control: Ensure inventory accuracy availability omni-channel stock movement and shrinkage control with warehouse and fulfilment teams.
• Multi-Store & Expansion : Oversee multiple stores and e-commerce operations including new launches.
• Reporting & Coordination : Drive regular performance reporting and act as the coordination link between HO stores warehouse and e-commerce teams.
Qualifications & Experience
• 8–10 years of retail operations experience including 4 years in multi-store or multi channel management.
• Mandatory experience in organized retail; FMCG F&B specialty retail or omni-channel operations preferred
• Proven ability to drive sales operational discipline and team performance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
