Responsibilities:
- Develop and publish compelling job descriptions and manage recruitment advertising across job boards company websites and social media platforms.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through proactive outreach LinkedIn job fairs and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural alignment.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes including documentation orientation and integration of new hires into the organization.
- Manage offboarding procedures conduct exit interviews and ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns grievances and conflicts promoting open and respectful communication.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
- Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment marketing social media engagement and strategic outreach to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations recruitment and employee relations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance standards.
- Experience with employer branding and digital recruitment strategies is highly desirable.
