Summary:Job Purpose To generate project sales through architects consultants builders contractors and institutional clients while ensuring brand positioning and specification approvals in ongoing and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development Projects Identify and track upcoming residential commercial and infrastructure projects. Develop relationships with architects structural consultants PMC and builders. Secure product approvals and technical specifications in BOQs. Generate inquiries and convert into sales orders. 2. Channel & Contractor Management Coordinate with dealers/distributors for timely supply. Work closely with tile contractors waterproofing contractors and applicators. Conduct product demonstrations and site trials. 3. Technical & Site Coordination Provide on-site technical guidance for tile adhesives grouts waterproofing systems. Handle complaints and ensure resolution. Coordinate with technical service teams for large projects. 4. Target Achievement Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets. Ensure timely payment collections. Maintain CRM updates and project pipeline reports. Requirements Proven experience in channel sales or distributor management within construction chemicals waterproofing flooring epoxy tiles or -depth knowledge of tile adhesive and related construction product categories. Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion through cold calling field visits and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in using CRM/SFA tools for real-time activity tracking reporting and performance monitoring. Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-driven highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced field-based environment.
