Whats the role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Manager Analytics to join our Data Digital and AI WIB team at Westpac.
As a Manager Analytics you are responsible for the data analytics services provided across the customer lifecycle including pre-sales onboarding delivery management retention and strategic consulting.
In addition by working directly with clients the Manager Analytics will play a key role in client-driven product ideation and design thereby contributing to continuous innovation and product-market fit.
What do I need
- Lead the development and delivery of solutions within a data and analytics environment.
- Apply a strong commitment to data-driven transformation to generate measurable financial returns and create sustainable competitive advantage for clients.
- Perform data sourcing ETL and data pipeline development including integration with enterprise data warehouses.
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL Python and/or R to support analytical and development activities.
- Manage large-scale datasets to ensure data integrity quality performance and analytical accuracy.
- Working within agile environments and associated software and tools (e.g. Confluence JIRA and BitBucket)
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Highly engaging interpersonal skills and able to build credible working relationships with peers and stakeholders at all levels of business.
