About the Role

As Restaurant Manager you will:

• Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Drive performance across sales labour and guest experience
• Maintain and enforce high food quality and operational standards
• Lead coach and develop a team of Shift Leaders and Crew
• Oversee rostering labour management and shift execution
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor supporting from the front
• Manage team performance
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and brand standards

About You

Were looking for a leader who:

• Has proven experience managing a fast-paced hospitality or QSR environment
• Leads from the front and is highly reliable when the team needs support
• Demonstrates strong leadership presence
• Takes pride in delivering high standards across food service and operations
• Has strong financial and commercial acumen including experience managing KPIs and P&L
• Thrives under pressure and can adapt in a dynamic high-energy environment
• Communicates clearly and builds a positive performance-focused team culture
