Works with executive leaders clinicians and other staff in the development and implementation of strategies to identify and reduce risks improve quality and safety and meet regulatory requirements.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads quality improvement initiatives using clinical data to standardize care reduce variation and improve clinical outcomes.
Implements and refines quality initiatives aligned with executive direction KPIs and external benchmarking.
Develops and aligns quality strategies across programs while supportingsystemand regional priorities.
Prepares and presents updatesand analysison external quality ratings and ranking programs relevant to the organization.
Builds collaborative relationships with providersteams and executive leaders; provides education shares best practices and supports adoption of improvements.
Serves as a clinical and systems resource supporting executive leaders andfacilitatingQuality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI)and external quality reporting as applicable.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience and education
EXPERIENCE
Three years experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent sitting standing walking reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms malfunctioning machinery etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional bending stooping kneeling squatting twisting and gripping.
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
Rare climbing.
