Enterprise GIS Program Manager

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in geographic information systems (GIS) Geography Civil Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience leading enterprise GIS programs.
- Demonstrated experience developing enterprise GIS strategies governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
- Extensive experience with Esri Enterprise technologies and enterprise GIS architecture.
- Experience designing and managing enterprise spatial databases and geospatial data governance programs.
- Experience integrating GIS with Enterprise Asset Management systems including Infor Maximo or comparable platforms.
- Experience with BIM CAD LiDAR and enterprise systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of GIS cloud architecture and enterprise integration technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting technical information to executive leadership.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Masters degree in GIS Engineering Information Systems or related field.
- Esri Enterprise Administration ArcGIS Professional or equivalent GIS certifications.
- Experience implementing FME Enterprise automation.
- Experience integrating GIS with Power BI Bentley PeopleSoft and enterprise middleware platforms.
- Experience supporting transportation aviation marine ports bridges rail or public infrastructure agencies.
- Experience implementing Common Data Environments (CDE).
- Knowledge of Nearmap AI and advanced geospatial analytics platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with Port Authority infrastructure asset management practices and large-scale capital programs.
