• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience
• Recruit train and manage restaurant staff fostering a collaborative team environment
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the upscale casual dining sector
