• Oversee daily operations and manage staff performance
• Ensure high standards of food quality service and cleanliness
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
• Train mentor and supervise team members to enhance their skills
• Manage inventory ordering and cost control effectively
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain a positive and engaging work environment
• Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management preferably in a fast-casual environment
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
