Our competitive salary range of $70000 - $75000 annually reflects our commitment to recognizing and rewarding exceptional leadership in the restaurant industry.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and increase profitability
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
• Collaborate with marketing to promote restaurant offerings and specials
• Prepare and manage the restaurant budget forecasts and reports
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 5 years of restaurant management experience preferably in casual dining
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
